After a slow warm up, this yoga class will involve holding postures and activating stabilizer muscles to power up each posture and invigorate your practice. Suitable for all levels - you choose how hard you make this class. Power Yoga with a Kick. Prepare to sweat!
Each class will take place on the Racquet Club deck, but moved inside if inclement weather. Enjoy a tea after class if you wish, either on our deck or in our lounge. Every participant will be entered into a draw for a wellness gift basket.
