Power Yoga is a vigorous fitness/based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. Vinyasa Flow is a yoga style that links breath with movement. Vi means “to place” and nyasa means “ in a special way”. Throughout these classes, you will move through a sequence of poses (asanas), with purpose and control. This will help build strength and mobility for your physical body, while mentally bringing consciousness to each move you make. A challenging and athletic Vinyasa sequence that may include core work, balancing postures, inversions, and arm balances.
Each class will take place on the Racquet Club deck, but moved inside if inclement weather. Enjoy a tea after class if you wish, either on our deck or in our lounge. Every participant will be entered into a draw for a wellness gift basket.
