Join Emily McBride of Paddleboard Yoga YK
A 90 minute class for all levels, come join the floating yoga dock/studio! We
will take our time getting set up and moving through poses at our own pace.
Starting with a slow warm up, moving through seated and kneeling poses
staying close to the board. Continuing with options for standing poses (if
you choose to try!) Being on the water and paddleboard makes every basic pose
and movement more challenging, working the entire body - specifically core
strength balancing through this sequence. Ending the class with a cool down
and time to relax in floating savasana - resting pose.
