This class designed to help you prepare for the onslaught of chard, kale, lettuces, rhubarb, green beans, beets, radishes & tomatoes. You don’t want to miss out on the freshest, most nutritious veggies of the year, but you get tired of eating like a rabbit!

Explore the key nutrients in our common garden veg and why we need them
Examine preparation methods & recipes for these delightful plants
Indulge in tasty samples of a variety of recipes
Be prepared with delicious recipes as your embrace the yields of your garden.
Class format will be discussion and demonstration. This is not a cooking class.
